I’m back with another second question for you. :] Why would following God be a waste? If he loves you and wants the best for you then why not? When you love someone you want them to be happy and safe, and God tells us not to sin because he loves us. :]
It is a waste of time as there is not god. If your god was real then loving someone out of fear of eternal torture is not love at all.

I have a load of questions for you. First out of many, If God isn’t real and he didn’t create us then where did our souls come from? Wouldn’t there have to be someone or something that is of the spiritual realm to create a spirt within us? ~Thanx~
What do you mean by a soul or a spirit. There is no evidence that either of these are any more than mythology.

What drives an atheist to do good deeds? Theists are allured by heaven, likewise what makes atheist look upon to do good deeds?
Personally I enjoy the feeling of doing good things for others. On a macro level societies that promote looking out for each other survive and thrive better than those that do not.

you said “world wide flooding”….that may actually not be true. yes, there was a great flood, but bibleoligists belive that, their “world” was actually just the middle east. because there hadnt been much “branching out” yet, and mt. airat wasnt far away.
If the bible was the inspired word of god would he not know how much of the world he covered?

you also said 7 days creation, but lets be honest here, “time” to God may have been ALOT different than our “time”. it may have been 7 miliena to us, 7 minutes to him, 7 SECONDS to him. no one will know until we get to heavon, and basically ask him.
Why would a god tell you days a term you can understand as a rotation of the earth but mean something else. Is he that poor at communicating?
